"While a full parking lot, even at 6 p.m., is daunting, the service is friendly and effcient and the wait, at least off season, is rarely more than 20 minutes; in summer, weekend lines lengthen. But the large number of satisfied customers speaks volumes for the Cuckoo's Nest and none of these people seems to object to the lines."
