Bandito Platter
7-layer Mexican dip (chilled) with black beans, refried beans, jalapenos, onions, olives, cheese, sour cream and salsa

Pasta Dish
Choice of Creole Tomato sauce and fresh shredded Parmesan cheese over penne pasta or Cajun cream sauce with tomatoes with fresh shredded Parmesan cheese over penne pasta

Rice Dish
Choice of Cajun Jambalaya (ham, sausage, and chicken with Cajun spices) or Spanish Rice (with onions, peppers, and tomato)

Fajitas
Grilled steak and chicken with mixed vegetables, served with warm tortillas, shredded cheese, and sour cream

Tossed Salad
Seasonal greens, onions, carrots, tomatoes, and croutons served with House Dressings of Creamy Garlic and Herbs and Spice Vinaigrette on the side

•	To ensure your function a success, we will require a final guest count 72 hours prior to your arrival. This is the number you are guaranteeing and will be charged for. If the final guest count is higher than the guarantee you will be charged for that number.
•	If you wish to reserve a private dining room on a weekend (Friday or Saturday) night, an additional room charge will apply.
